Born and raised in southern Texas, and later moving to Northern Ohio where I met, Pete, my husband, I migrated to Oh-So Cold, Minnesota with my wonderful husband in 2001. However, after living in the Twin Cities for almost 18 years, God called us to move to Wisconsin in 2018 (Good thing we are not Minnesota Vikings fans!). But making life even more enjoyable, Pete and I have four amazing kids who keep us busy with activities and new adventures! It has been my time as a wife, mother, and child of God where my heart has grown and matured though loving and caring for all of God’s created people, and I love ministering to those wanting to know more of Jesus Christ and His story. I really look to fulfill and live within God’s Commandments of loving the Lord with all of my heart, soul, and mind, while also loving my neighbor as myself (Matthew 22:37-39). Though through my time studying at University of Northwestern, obtaining a BA in Biblical Studies as well as a Master of Divinity degree, I have learned even more and really allowed God to lead in my life and family, which through another call and much prayer I returned to seminary for a Doctor of Ministry degree through Bethel Seminary. Ultimately, I love Jesus Christ and strive to be the salt and light in this world, and I hope that I am able to walk alongside others to do the same (Matthew 5:13-14).
