We are in need of singers to join our adult Christmas choir and sing a special arrangement of “Angels We Have Heard on High” on Dec 17th! The practices will begin on Oct 29 from 11:15am - 12:00pm in the Auditorium, except on November 19 rehearsal will be in the Fireside Room. They will be the same time every Sunday through Dec. 10th, with the exception of November 26 which won’t have a practice. There is also one additional dress rehearsal on Saturday Dec. 16th.
We will be donating 20 Thanksgiving meals to families who otherwise would not have Thanksgiving in their homes this year. There are lots of things to purchase so please check the lobby for items you want to bring. You can also make a financial donation by writing Thanksgiving Meals on the memo line. All donations need to arrive at the church on or before November 19. We will be donating to Sandhill School and within our church family.
Chrismon Creation Night is for all ages from 3 - 103! Friday, November 17 starting at 6:30pm in Rm 100. Come together for an evening of creating ornaments for our Christmas tree in the sanctuary. These ornaments are called Chrismons because of the symbolic meanings of Jesus' life and our Heavenly Father that each ornament represents. All Chrismons will be hung during a special Chrismon Service on Sunday, Nov 26. The kits range from very simple decorating to more intricate bead and wire creations. Many hands are needed!

The FLD Districts Youth Conference in Green Bay is an exciting, 3-day retreat full of fantastic worship, world-class teaching, service opportunities, seminars, prayer, new friends, and more fun than you'll know what to do with! Each year's theme seeks to provide opportunities for students to fall deeper in love with Jesus, while also introducing hundreds of students each year to a personal relationship with Jesus. This year's theme, "The Real Jesus", is about meeting the real Jesus, no matter who you are, what struggles you're facing, or what you've been through.
